I am not sure how correct all the data is. But i assume they are mostly correct. Especially the numbers for our dilution. And that is just insane and my main reason to question the decision of the board to issue them even more shares.

Like other people mentioned already it is about how the incentives are constructed. In generally incentives are important, but this time it is a very bad sign to me, there is no value for the rest of the shareholders, especially after such a dilutive year.
