Fair call, no one can be sure of anyone's motive and you could well be right. I made my comment based on the fact that it was two years that Oleg got his last lot of ZEPOs through. They almost got voted down, and then got a strike in the renumeration report after, which meant that last year DRO faced a board spill if they got another strike. With that threat hanging over them the following year they issued no options and it seemed probable that they would not want to face the same situation again.
