Oleg has done an excellent job of managing the growth business (as opposed to managing shareholder interests) and I don't think anyone is doubting that, but he must align his bonuses with the benefit to shareholders.
It is completely unacceptable to hand out ZEPOs that are in no way align with the rewards shareholders received for funding the company.
Remember this company would never have got off the ground without shareholders, but Oleg is treating them with contempt by issuing massive numbers of ZEPOs
