    yes agree it just cycling existing customers but if it's cycling them out of the majors (except BetR) then it's good for BET. the things you mentioned are all possibilities to impact revenue, but at the moment I haven't seen anything to suggest this other than the TAB 1% dip. And that could just as likely be customers betting elsewhere.
