$2B should be a walk in the park, the whole REE world is waiting for the upgrade and study results, congress has now appeared and GM has stated the Bauxite is about to become front page news as well.
Two massive Tier1 resources have been treated with distain by the ASX play groups, now its time for the US and its heavy weights to take control and price the company accordingly.
$1.60 is my target and then lets see if GMs $10 comes into play ... lets do this
