my gut feel is that PH wants to be a biotech billionaire.
so if he currently owns ~ 400m shares, any take over needs to be at least $2.5/share (gives ~ $20.5B AUD market cap based on 8.2B shares, or $13.5B USD, not unfeasible if results are as amazing as LC has been intimating, and yes this could be a long way off)
but then there's the tax implications ... any billionaires in the group who might want to comment on a hypothetical $/share so PH can make $1B AUD clear?
