Buy GMD while its cheap, 18 months from now, when we in production, SP will sky rocket.
Looking at GMD's balance sheets, our Current Ratio will allow us to meet our short term financing commitments. GMD has 96 599 000 in cash ready to be deployed and invested, so most likely wont need to use debt or equity finance to fund its current projects.
If GMD decide to take over St Barbs, i think they may look at using debt to finance the take over, or a mix of debt and equity (Cap raise using shares). GMD's NPV for its projects positions them in a strong position to have a strong Return on Equity, and do right by its share holders.
