1. Setting aside the number of shares issued, can someone explain to me that GENESIS (GMD) is worth about the same price ($1.22-$1.30) as SILVER LAKE (SLR) by making a loss of 16 million against a profit of 98 million for SLR !
2. Taking into account GENESIS' poor results and lack of cash, where will they find the money and how will they make profitable the ounces which are already too expensive for DACIAN to produce ?
We are sold the GENESIS board as brilliant and competent... It is not without reminding me of the same qualifiers when Junk arrived at DACIAN and finally it was the gravedigger of the company !
I have the impression of (re)living an endless day and that the future of GENESIS shareholders will go through capital raising and dilutions with at the end a takeover or a stand-by for lack of means, unless the forecasts optimism of those (including myself) who see gold at $2,500-3,000 is coming true !
