NO WAY JOSE, I and other S Hs I have spoken to, don't want a bar of this take over, what should be valued at 25 to 35 c is being stolen from us for peanuts. The value we get from the merger will never grow like a free standing company like DCN is . If the PRECIOUS METALS GURRUS ar correct and POG hits $2500 .00 USD by years end, well DCN flys high at 60c or more. just to establish this mine , exploration ,permitting, sourcing the mill, construction , is minimum $400 million oday not to speak of the resources in the ground , fair VALUATION is 300 million. Would any one agree to mount a legal challenge, at the least ,it would give us time to reassess our options and the POG to rise which will greatly enhancen the value of our asset on paper. Please make suggestions.
