If the production run fails again it is worthless and a very long wait, plus consolidations will be the go and all involved will lose 99% of their holdings...
The plus side is how far it can shoot up with a succsseful PR?
Many on the sidelines even with the SP near all time lows because the long wait to find out is too much of a gamble and money can be used to better use for the time needed to find out..
News in a month or 2 should see a reverse of this low trend with news on the final reports of the Tox studies and the failed PR and hopefully a guide to the time line of starting the PR once again, this should see a little traction which will probably also see then a CR.
The immediate future does not look like turning the SP any time soon
