Hard to believe they can remain quiet on the genentech outcome when it occurs as they have mentioned in more than one update the result is pending. That is why i took the positive tack that maybe they are still talking to genentech and if they had canned the idea they would have stopped talking by now. If pyc knew thay had stopped talking to them a while back then i would suggest best policy would have been to not mention it in the updates, yet they are still mentioning it... So heres hoping.
The more i think about it the more it would make sense that if they give an answer they have to pay so why not run every test you can and every trial and only if it is still viable on the last day do you pay or at least extend.
I am starting to think there may be some minimum payment with an extension as the most likely outcome. License would be major deal.
