You'd have to go back and look but pretty sure Hosking was buying as the major shareholder but not yet appointed to the board although maybe he was ? Worth looking at the updates in the weeks leading into it though - i think they pretty much thought they had in the bag as they have with most. This time could always be different but not surprised that market is waiting as opposed to anticipating outcomes.
