I guess we could certainly make the argument that if they wanted whatever they were given then why commit earlier than they have to. It may have looked good when they recieved the data but they were given a fill year to work with it, an ideal opportunity to progress in house as far as possible without cost to them. At the last moment they may confirm and maybe even have a product ready to license and go almost immediately. I guess theres no rush for them to commit as the solution was not offered to anyone else so no competition there. See i can be positive
