"board" is in a difficult position - how to bite the hand which is feeding them ? Purchasing more centers from Genius will be a huge no - no. I wont trust any of their due diligence no matter what they say. There would be a hidden clause somewhere which disproportionately benefits genius over other shareholders, as has been the case in every announcement made by these clowns.

I wonder how long support of the other major holders will be with the chair and ceo now that Taleb has been declined a seat and all his mates are substantially down on their investment too. Money talks and this board is now under tremendous pressure to right this ship.

Dont think they would survive the year....
