Great find. This is absolutely relevant given MFD just announced a revised incubator agreement where they will also now manage the services before buying them.
The Board is now on notice staff at those centres may not be being paid properly and must take every precaution to not assume those liabilities or preferably, which is clearly the view of non-aligned shareholders, close off the Genius "strategic growth pipeline" completely
