I am actually thinking that the African IO play is safer than any non rail aligned explorer in Australia . The African one has rail and port facilities attatched and could be a fast track miner . The ASX hopefuls are sovereign safe but land locked for years .
For the cost outlay being so low, sovereign risk is worth it .
