When people start making deals like this where existing managers are given huge bonuses, you have to ask yourself whether the management is being given a bonus by the purchaser so that they will act in the interest of the existing owners.

Let me give you an example. Lets say you employ an agent to sell your house, and they come to you with a complicated deal that values the house way below what you think it is worth. Would it alter your perception of the deal if you discovered that the intending purchaser is going to give your agent a huge bonus?

I for one would find a new agent. And I did.
