    Are the directors going to retain any share?

    Clearly lots of cash under the table style dealings here to get the directors to sell the farm on the cheap.

    I don't like it, however I don't plan to sell my shares and have hopes this deal and the resulting flow of capital will ultimately speed up the appreciation of my investment.
