Hi Madmin .. if you have successfully downloaded the .xls file it should be in somewhere such as C:\User\Documents\Downloads.
Once opened and amended simply click Save .. and forward as an email attachment.
If you want to pinch it then you will need to host the .xls file to your web server.
You guys are too smart .. will have to harden it up in future.
P.S. forgot to mention .. .xls file from my database and macro free.
