ICJ did not find Israel to be committing genocide so no genocide. Suggested they do all possible to avoid. Apartheid doesn't exist either. If there are any war crimes being committed then in court they will be judged after evidence is submitted. it's not for you nor anyone else to judge before any trial.
Suppose you support Aussie police in their investigation that there was no evidence of anyone calling Gas the Jews.. Guess it didn't happen then did it.
