The market Cap is at $15 because LNC owes the Convertiable Noteholders $150 million , now they have to forgive debt and convert debt to shares this is going to be at a very favouble for these holders
They are the new shareholders this means all shareholders will be watered down PB now owns approx 20% he will be lucky by the time the deal is done if he owns 5 % I suspect they will issue 150 million new shares at 1 cent
