    Looks like its been approved if I am reading the AGM notice properly.....

    "subject to receipt of
    appropriate approvals from the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority and the
    relevant Queensland Minister.
    Subsequent to the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum
    being printed, the Company has received these approvals."
