Damn good thoughts
Remember I had always advacated a placement of BRM for FMR
so they can benefit when we becone an exporter.
It would also reduce WN's % too.
I was hoping my thoughts would get though to WR via this thread.
But no such luck.
Lets hope we get rail sooner not later.
