    I have done a brief poke around on this issue and no, you do not loose your shares.

    If you want to stick with the company will need to sign-up with a broker which will enable you to trade on AIM.

    A similar situation occurred with Linc Energy in 2013 (it's listing was/is on the Singaporean boarse). Check out the LNC thread here as a starting point. If you ask nicely, some of the LNC posters may assist you/(us) with some information and tips regarding the process. I gather from those posts - going through the big 4 banks here was/is unsatisfactory.

    ps. just to clarify my sentiment indicators - as a Trader - Sell As a medium/Long Term Investor - Hold or Buy (but you need to be prepared to learn about and go through the delisting process)
