genuine question

Doing some DD on ORE, and generally like what I see, but I do have one question that some of you who've been around for a while might answer.

What was the rationale for ORE buying Borax Argentina?

I mean, the operation hardly makes any money. A quick look at the accounts seemed to indicate that what it does make doesn't even cover the admin costs of ORE.....not even close. I know there are studies to move the plant, process lower grade material, but isn't this potentiallyna huge distraction for management given the critical stage the company is at with developing it's Li interests?

Like I said, a genuine question. What do those of you who have followed the stock for a while think of the move into the Borax business?
