    Borax Argentina was acquired by Orocobre to allow diversification into a sector that offers certain synergies with the lithium operation at Olaroz. Long term, I would suggest Orocobre has designs on becoming a diversified chemicals producer across sectors that complement each other rather than just a lithium play.

    The initial ASX release goes into the why's and how's.
