Plain ole BS pure and simple.
The company insiders are doing all they can to line their pockets at shareholder expence first and formost. Period.
That is why there were some 10 MILLION shares issued to insiders the last year and they got some $3.6 million in compensation this year while shareholders lost OVER $150 million in market cap.
Like I said, hire me and I can guarantee BETTER performance than that and for a h ell of a lot less than $600k.
For that kind of P i s s poor performance the BOD should have canned the guy and brought in a person.
