The CEO's Capital Allocation skills appear to be very impressive. There latest acquisition of Connect Engineering for a total consideration of $5.88M isn't quite that when you back out all the assets & liabilities of the acquired business GenusPlus essentially paid $1.98M for this acquisition.
Given connect engineer was acquired in early June the business only had 1 month of operations in the FY21 consolidated earnings period where it delivered $2.9m in revenues & a NPAT loss of $184k. However if the business was consolidated for the entire FY21 year it would have produced $37.7M in revenue & $2.5M in NPAT. That is an amazing 126% ROI.
