I've applied for a decent quantity. It seems the fundies have driven a hard bargain here given the exposure to housing etc.
Aussie house prices are high but they have been relative to income since 2003. While Sydney and Melbourne have had a so called boom the past year I have not seen any boom in the regional areas or other capital cities.
I don't see interest rates doing anything too nasty for the next year or two so Genworth should do well for a while
I like the pricing and if it prices in the mid point of the range there is a bit of profit on offer in my view
