It's a mine!! Not rain. You need drill program to understand the resource. Where it is and isn't. To understand the grades and cut offs to plan a mining program.
All this before you spend millions on the mine.
Or you could go with the fleets vision. Where you don't drill. Do a few trenches. Plan based on surface grab samples. Sign an off take for grades and tonnages you can not possibly deliver.
