Smith just happened to be a "consultant" for Range resource (Cap'en pete) who just happened to be a director a newly formed Latin American resources.
Green energy then changed it's name to CTR and brought 60% of the new LAR. (Sound familiar)
The partner in the other 20% just happened to be Range.
Oh the "financiers had a grand old time. On A4 results and a price pushed up to 2.7c. They were issued on the same day. 99m at 1c. But guess what. Didn't have to pay for it until they sold them.
Issue after issue. Dilution after dilution. Interest free loans turn into interest loans. A 40 day drill started in Jan has still not been tested to this day and no one has been told why.
Once again you do not know the history. CTR was born at Havelock...
