RESOLUTION 6 – CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

The ratio for the Consolidation (Consolidation Ratio) will be calculated and announced on 24 November 2014 such that, as a result of the Consolidation, the VWAP of the Shares on the ASX over the 5 trading days immediately prior to 26 November 2014

(a) if the 5 Day VWAP is $0.005, the Consolidation will occur on a 1 for 4 basis; I think it's pretty safe to say this is the target.

Last day for pre-Consolidation trading. 28 November 2014

As I have already stated. This will be suspended on the 27th. So what ever you have now. You can divide by 4.

Then straight away. You will further be diluted when this relists. As stated in the AGM.

Upon the issue of these Shares (assuming full subscriptions are raised under the Capital Raising), the existing Shareholders will retain approximately 62.57% of the issued capital of the Company on an undiluted basis (i.e. they will be diluted by approximately 37.43%

Resolution 7 seeks Shareholder approval for the issue of up to 200,000,000 Shares (on a post-Consolidation basis), being the maximum number of Shares proposed to be issued to applicants under the Capital Raising. (Which no one but people that had access to the KOMODO short fall can participate in. Only IS's


So there you have it. Not only as of Thursday. You will be suspended and unable to trade.
You can divide the shares you have by 4 and then it comes out of suspension you will dilute by 37.43% according to the company's own note. Unless of course it's just a disclaimer. ROFL!

Or you could listen to the ones participating in the dilution. Buy their shares they got at .003c at .004c.

Because "averaging down" is always the smartest thing to do just before a 1 month suspension. 4-1 consolidation and a dilutionary event straight away of 37.43%
