So unless it gets an almighty pump tomorrow, it'll be at 5 to 1 as far as i can see.

"7.2 Consolidation Ratio"

"The ratio for the Consolidation (Consolidation Ratio) will be calculated and announced on 24 November 2014 such that, as a result of the Consolidation, the VWAP of the Shares on the ASX over the 5 trading days immediately prior to 26 November 2014 (5 Day VWAP) will equal $0.02. Where the 5 Day VWAP of Shares is equal to or greater than $0.02, the Company proposes to withdraw Resolution 6 which would result in the Consolidation not proceeding. For example: (a) if the 5 Day VWAP is $0.005, the Consolidation will occur on a 1 for 4 basis; (b) if the 5 Day VWAP is $0.007, the Consolidation will occur on a 1 for 2.86 basis; and (c) if the 5 Day VWAP is $0.01, the Consolidation will occur on a 1 for 2 basis. Please refer to Note 3 of the Options capital structure table in section 5.4.1 of this Explanatory Statement for details of the effect the Consolidation could have on the number and exercise price of the Options on issue in the Company (assuming a Consolidation on a one for four basis)."
