Yep 17.5c is right. The CVC disposal notice gave the sale proceeds and the number of shares so it was a simple calculation to establish that figure. That would establish a fairly reasonable floor in my opinion. Not based on metrics but based on Geoff's close knowledge of the business having had his team do plenty of homework on it during the early stages.
