In 2016 Horth got 26% of what he get in 2017, but then look at the note, his payments are from 22nd Feb 2016 to 30 June 2017, so lets work it out per day and compare this year compared to last year;

So its gone up 30% or so, perhaps there are good reasons for that, perhaps not. But he chose to give up all his bonus even though he hit 86% of his Key Performance Indicators, hes not just there feathering his nest.
