Each paragragh showed a good understanding i think of how to tackle lulo in general , but i especially enjoyed the first sentence in last paragraph about the "rich alluvial resource " that will fund the complex exploiting of the extremely rich kimberlite province '
how true are those words and even more approtiate for today
