People in my side of the business are talking about 'another ugly six months..', but there is also a feeling out there that this may just be the darkest hour. Diggers should be interesting this year, with the doors finally reopened to the international audience. And what they need to know is that in Oz dollars terms the gold price is absolutely fine and Aussie gold miners are still making profits, so at these prices they are probably not a bad place to park some cash till things recover.
