"I reckon you're full of it Onceover and have been for some time"..... - a continuous supply of first-class logical posts that would be. :) Would love to see a picture of your kitchen.

I already wrote this anecdote last year, but seems sort of appropriate to repeat it now: I know an old hand who way way way back when, did a gravity survey over this ground for a company looking for coal in the abutting basin. He found that gravity anomaly, it's still on file - the coal aspirants said "nah, that's useless, that'll just be the Fraser Range."

It bothered the bloke ever since, as the old timer prospectors also knew the ground was hot for nickel, but he never did anything about it. That's exploration for you.... Creasy however, was a bit more proactive.

I agree with the importance the company, the terraces, Onceover and other posters are placing on this hole. I've still never been able to value this discovery though (WSA????). Pulled a bid at 18c on discovery day...... ha ha ha. What an excellent lesson SIR has been. Hope the Scandanavian nearology can unfold similarly.

More fire to the speccy end of town. Great stuff. Banks and utilities - boring....
