Thanks guys, just started this thread because there must be a lot of stories where the geologists overstated the case, even if it could conveniently or maybe properly be put into the 'honest mistake' category. Everyone knows that the fine print is put at the end of these documents for a good reason.
As a regular mug investor, trying to read every possible amount of information from the company and otherwise, there is still a lingering doubt in my mind about just what has not been revealed by the 'competent person'. The game of releasing resource upgrades and predictions at certain strategic intervals is a well developed art by the plugged in junior explorers around the world. Often the director(s) are also the competent geologist in the company in question and I think it foolish to always expect an absolutely honest appraisal about some discovery or other. But what do you do?
