Agreed mate but as most of the reports and work had been maintained and done by NAMA - North Atlantic Mining Association, they expected it will be a lot faster as they're not starting from scratch, which is why they announced "near term production". It a brown field project and not green field as they have already identified minerals to mine and they're not even explore the REE potentials yet.
