Could this be what Jim was alluding to when he wrote ....but it is also hoped they are surface manifestations of further (and potentially larger) areas of mineralisation hidden beneath surrounding cover.

I don't want to get too excited just yet, since it can be dangerous to make assumptions based on so few written words, but it's certainly looking like the BIFs are the tip of an iceberg and perhaps the supergenes!!!
