It may get down to 4,000.
Who knows !
But what we do know is that 30% of shares are only held by 20 heads. We also know that the balance of the 1630 Heads that voted YES are small shareholders, ( ie not in the top 20)
The only power the shareholders have, is to garner as many shareholders head votes as they can to vote NO on the next SOA.
If any SOA is served on CTP,it will need to be placed before the shareholders for a vote.
That of course is subject to the value of the actual offer, the Nov 2016 offer was rejected, BUT the March 2017 SOA offer was recommended by the Board.
