Ravi, I am not saying that the company will support another SoA at all, (While of course they can if they want to), CamdenBob is.
All I am saying is, that now Mb is in an impregnable position and they will get what they want if and when they are wanting to do it. And, most importantly they will get all the support they will need from their supporters and from the Managed superannuation funds too which are always ready and willing to support these kind of actions in order to raise some much needed funds.
Don't forget that when they will reach that 20% holding, they are forced to show their hands, but, don't also forget that they are not fools and will keep some of that percentage ownership in some friendly hands to be used if and when required.
In a few simple words, we have been snookered. We had the opportunity to change things, but failed dismally. As they say, and to put in perspective, we had one bird in the hand but someone decided that it was better to hold two of them. And that is how the story goes.
