The only way will be to garner at least 2,500 head votes and use them to vote down any SOA !
The top 20 shareholders have approx 30% of the shares on issue, so beating any SOA is totally dependent on head votes.
Do that and there is a good chance MB will go hostile for the balance of shares they need.
