well, I had the privilege of working in a secure dementia ward for a while and did some long placements in some group homes where people with mental issues lived --- but, by far, my best look at things was when I owned a cab for about 5 years right near a very large mental institution
I can tell you one thing ---------- you had to be on the mark for two occasions -
1. full moon
2. Womens football club booze nights
the latter of which, I didn't work myself and never would - and left it to my drivers - it was up to them if they did or parked the car up at home.
A 'little more active' IMO --- is a bit of an understatement
