Just look at this way.

Magnetic declination and temps are reasonably well in unison

In the 70s there is a big divergence that occurs. NOT a GRADUAL but big. That is the abrupt climate shift that took place.

Declination has now paused and is decreasing?? Is Co2. NO. Has world temps paused. YES

Did the world up it Co2 production 10 fold in 1975??

It is also forecast to further decrease until at least 2020. I would hardly think that the authors of this DATA being NOAA would show a decreasing M.F if they thought that Co2 drives magnetic polar locations



So if you are trying to claim Co2 is influencing polar magnetic or geographic locations best you try again.
