My chart is on the rate of change in distance from one year to the next of the magnetic pole. Which is in the order of 20 to 40 miles per year.

Your geographical reference is in the order of centimetre's per year.

I am failing to see the correlation that Greenland icemelt is responsible for geographical polar relocation as per the writers opinion and the magnetic pole rate of change.

In regards to the term of magnetic decliniation. Somehow I started using that. Which as you have pointed at is reference between magnetic and true north.

So I am wrong in using that term.

So it is R.O.C in distance year on year out that draws an amazing correlation to Temperature and not Magnetic Decliniation

Hope that clarifies the confusion now.
