Yep. every location has its own issues. Sweden mineral rich but getting mining permits is like pulling teeth. Other EU jurisdictions similar. US only relused stupidity of ceasibg oil development etc after the Russian invasion as did EU with various projects. To pick out Mali amongst a globefull of issues smacks of an agenda at play. Mali is after all on the global stage a mining minnow. Bit of a joke really.
