GeoR is the EKA partner in BlackJack, but through a sub of Geo, which will not be affected. It's not particularly material to EKA although there might have been plans to extend the relationship with GeoR (I don't know).
It is possibly MRO that is most vulnerable: just keep drilling, MRO, make your shares expensive! Too expensive!
