George Bauk the Managing Director of NTU has just filled a notice that he has acquired an additional 540,910 shares in NTU .

He last filed a notice of his share holdings on 13/10/10....15 months ago.

He now holds the following shares and options.....

1,749,329 ordinary shares (NTU)

140,909 options exercisable at $0.15 expiry 31/03/2012 (NTUOB)

4,000,000 Unlisted options exercisable at 30 and 50 cents expiry 1 March 2013

1,000,000 ordinary shares subject to terms and conditions of the Northern Uranium Share Plan (NTUAI)


As a long term shareholder in NTU, is great to see that a Director of NTU is putting his money where his mouth is and is acquiring more shares in his company.

Clearly George Bauk has a much greater insight into NTU than we do....and his recent additional stock purchases fills me with even more confidence for the future of NTU.
